Mine has been...Um...Air purifiers . IQAir, Blueair, Plasmacluster, Steril-Aire...Eating away at my ability to purchase new knives I have come across on the market (thanks to Rainwalker for the pointers ). I am not allergic to common household allergens (according to both skin prick and blood tests), do not suffer from MCS, just wanted to see if I could improve my quality of city life living. Bought tens of pounds of activated carbon to toss around the house as well. Only real improvement I have noticed has been less dust on my keyboard over the past few weeks. Aside from family committments, what hobbies have been dwindling your knife fund?

Golf and fishing are where my money goes for non-essential stuff. But lately, it's mostly went into the gas tank

Well I don't know if you would call it a hobby, but divorce is taking its toll.

Two relatively expensive pursuits with a plethora of purchase options and fees will do the trick every time!

For me as well. I'm even thinking of selling off a couple pistols to raise money to go to Blade.

Divorce can be a money trap indeed.

Selling a couple of SureFire M6 lights and some Benelli M4 parts I had stocked up on in order to keep the knife fund solvent...

I got to go last year for the first time. Had a blast, but my wife told me she wasn't going with me this year. That means I either need to find a really cheap motel or someone to split the room with me.

Travel isn't such a big deal for me, I'm only about 4 hours away and can drive that the morning of the show, if need be.

Lucky you. Not too may Bussekin shows out West (i.e. CA). Plaza Cutlery is a nice one, but it's more of a folder event...

Add Rawganique bed and bath sheets to my growing list of priorities...[censored] expensive for organic, undyed products...But I gotta see for myself if the hype is worth all that...
