Holy Cow! Now I want to see your gun collection.

Ironically, I want to see my gun collection too. It is stuck in a safe overseas. I lived in different parts of the world for the last 17 years so was not able to have them with me. But I am settled now so will bring them in shortly. I am ashamed to admit that I cannot even remember all of the ones I have. I do remember my favorites though. But I am now 20 years behind on buying the latest gun technology.

Well I guess it is safe to assume you don't park cars for a living! Great collection.

Sorry, I missed this part of your question in my earlier reply. No I haven't added it all up. I only count them so that I will know if one is missing. That is also a large part of why I take pictures of the collection. It helps me to remember what I have and helps when I want to choose a few for a trip.

Thanks Dan - I look forward to seeing what will be coming out of the Yard. I hope to meet you and some of the Dogs at Blade.

It is the Pioneer Harvester and it is my favorite in the 91 mm series. It is the same as the Farmer with two differences. It has a pruning blade in place of the can opener and it does not have a split ring. I find that the little split ring attachment loop on the Farmer can dig into the hand sometimes. If you look at the last 2011 collection pic you will notice the differences.

Thanks! I have a blue alox farmer in my bob, but that pruning blade looks useful, and I already have redundancy on can openers.

And I've thought of grinding off the ring attachment, but couldn't bring myself to do it.

funny thing is, seeing your collection makes me want to whittle mine down some. Even with a dozen busse/bussekin, and a half dozen folders, I have more than I really need.
