well my WD came in today! sweet little blade, feels like a tank, but I see what people are saying about sharpness, this thing is a bit dull <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />

Renee thanks for the fine knife as usual the quality of work is fantastic. I have had the opportunity to convert a friend who is currently working in Iraq to the quality of knife coming from the Yard. I will be making an order for him and when he is passing through he will pick it up. Thanks for all that you do.

^I purposely left out Renee's loss, in my last post's as I was unsure if she wanted that public, that said, and as it is now "public" I deeply feel for your loss, and in no way shapes my outlook on this company, quite the contrary I appreciate the "human" side of SYKCO...

that said, and at risk of getting flamed, I expected a bit more... $200 for a 5" blade w/ no sheath, this blade should be a light saber out of the box...

I'm now looking at "convex sharpening techniques"... sigh...

Sorry if I come off a bit harsh, but as newB to the yard, I just wanted to fall in love at first touch, but if I'm honest... ehhhh
