Anyway, my taste in music is VERY eclectic. I grew up on metal, rock and hard core. I still love metal and rock. SlipKnot, Slayer, Iron Maiden, Dio, and many many others. I also really like DropKick Murphys and Flogging Molly. Mumford and Sons is simply AWESOME. Now, I also like some country, jazz, classical and many other types of music and I have quite an extensive collection.

I'm the only person I know that can take out a SlipKnot CD and put in an Enya CD and enjoy it.

I could quite happily follow up 'My plague' with 'Orinocco flow' in my car! My auto changer is mostly full of Slipknot and Linkin Park, there is a Rhianna c.d in there too... Plus a bit of old Metallica (S&M). As far as my mp3 player goes, all bets are off! It is sooooo random! Even got some 90's dance music on it..

Lazi- are you an audiophile? Are you familiar with high end audio gear or mainly studio gear only? Just curious... I like talking high end audio and music.

I am a recovering Audiophile.
I sold a lot of my gear a few years ago, which consisted of a Counterpoint Tubed PreAmp, and a Cary Tubed amplifier. Thiel Speakers. Thorens Turntable, and an obscure Yamaha CDX 1050 CD player for the front end. This stereo dropped a lot of jaws. Still have Yamaha CD player, and my Thiel Speakers, and am looking at tubed gear again. Pretty set on Conrad Johnson.
I built a Leach amp years ago, which I sold after a heart attack. Needed funds to pay for 120k Hospital Bill. For those of you who are good with electronics assembly, the Leach Amp is one one hell of a solid state amp, which for a build price of under a grand, is as good as any 3k amp out there. Professor Marhall Leach was the Audio Engineering Prof at Georgia Tech, and is a highly regarded contributor to the field. Look it up if you are so inclined.
