OP monsterdog Junk Yard Dog Joined: Jun 2009 Posts: 1,658 PA, USA	It looks unhealthy (and obviously its bacon and sausage, so its not like eating broccoli), but a lot of the fat actually drips off if you use a rack to keep it elevated. After eating a couple of slices in that sandwich I wrapped it up in tinfoil and stuck it in the fridge, had another slice later after it cooled down, and there was no big pools of grease sitting in the foil or inside the roll itself.
