and I must say it is pretty awesome, heavy and SOLID feel to it. I know many people have ranted and raved about this knife and I can see why just by holding it. Just out of curiosity is there another knife close to the RMD's specs but with a thicker spine? I dont know what it is with me and thick spined knives I just really like them and wish the RMD's spine had been thicker than what it is. I personally find thick spined knives better suited for outdoor stuff because of that ability to baton wood.
To also add to the flava I invested some $$$ so I can construct some Kydex sheaths and holsters for my RMD and Glock,I have some REALLY wicked ideas runnin through my head, I just hope I can deliver a final quality product to match the insanity in my head.

Try the original Combat Grade Dumpster Mutt with the basic handle, .285"! They pop up on the exchange every once in awhile.

SFY, you might also check out the 6.5 Regulator(if you can find one). 6.5 inch blade and I THINK .331 to .333 spine!
