Stocked up on one of my favorite items...TP. I have really grown fond of it. I stuffed 48 rolls under the guest bedroom sink. My wife might think I am crazy but I will buy some more too. No TP could be a real PITA.

Marine RAT hot weather boots from the Danner Factory Store - Factory seconds.

They are in the middle of a run for the upcoming summer. Lots of sizes and widths available.

Would be worth your while to call and see how much a pair of these is

CORRECTION - the guy who offered this got hammered - I got a pair, but the manager of the store won't let them sell seconds by mail order any longer due to the deep discount.

Sorry Guys.

Got a couple new Fenix PD32's for me and the misses, a Princeton 100 lumen headlamp for the boy. However, here is one must-have low tech survival tool that I used A LOT this weekend and recommend that y'all get if you don't already have one...

A real silk cowboy bandana!

I picked up another 35x35 from jinglebobs that I used extensively this weekend camping in some very cold winds. Also added a smaller 20x20 to my 12x5 kit. Because they're silk, they pack extremely small, are beathable so dry fast, are warm in the cold and can cool you down in the heat. For me the best survival items have at least 3 uses. A large silk bandana has way more that that. It is invaluable and the best $20 you can spend!

You can find the RAT boots in new condition on Ebay for about $100. That's a lot cheaper than the $350 asking price.

Went to a new flea market Saturday that we just found. As I was looking around I saw a bag hanging on the door of a hutch. BRAND NEW Maxped Fatboy, $10.00! Yes it now resides at the Skunk's house! I'm not sure if I am going to turn in into a larger IFAK or put some other "Walkabout" stuff in it.

We went to another favorite flea market today and I got a brand new High Sierra 2 liter water bladder with a carrier for $25.00. I hope I didn't pay to much. Oh and it's got a zippered pouch on the outside that is probably 8 inches wide by about 14 inches tall and maybe about 3 inches deep.
