I can set in my recliner and sleep but Patty says I snore like a buzz saw. Build a shed around you and look like one too!

Yes. I have also tried to back seat. Sorry, I ment Randy... Warren, do you have experience about tablet computers? Yes. Quite a bit actually. iPad or something else too? Pros - cons? I think the Asus tf700 is interesting.

iPad is the way to go if you are not tech savvy or even if you are and want everything extremely user friendly.
If you are looking for a non-IOS tablet, Nexus 7 is the only way to go. I got to review one last month and I was blown away.

The Jelly Bean Android system was smooth and as with any droid system can be modified. I prefer Android compared to Apple's IOS because I like the open platform.

Nexus 7 is the newest droid tablet. I feel great about recommending it to a friend or family.

Dumb question I know, but what are the advantages/ the reason for having a Tablet? Over something like a Kindle/nook

It is basically a small computer that can be an ebook reader or email or game machine. Having one lets you be a geek.

Patty and I both have laptops. We also have a dedicated desktop computer. The only thing I can think I would use it for is a book reader. Based upon this it probably wouldn't be worthwhile for me to get a tablet, but a reader, maybe.

If you need/want a mobile network (4G) GET THE iPad, or wait a few months for the iPad mine that may or may not be released. It will be.
