You likely won't hear about this on the news but there was an outbreak of around 3000 zombies in Sacramento, CA over the weekend. The attack started around 10pm and lasted a couple hours before authorities gained the upper hand. The zombies spread fear and chaos through the downtown area before being contained.

I was able to get some pics despite the dismal and dangerous conditions. Unfortunately the only place I have to host them for now is...Dropbox

Awesome! Good thing some crazy person didn't see them and freak out

The really funny part is the state fair is going on right now. At the end of the night they have a big fireworks show which started just after the zombie invasion. You couldn't see the fireworks but you could see flashes of light and big BOOOMS in the distance. It was oddly surreal, if being surrounded by thousands of zombies wasn't enough.
