Go out to point Reyes one weekend, you will love it.

Go up highway 50, the silver fork offers tons of great trails. I can point you in lots of directions.

You should do the tahoe rim trail. 160 miles around the lake.

Hey Hobbes how do you like the S5? I almost got one on the exchange but I found a Vex elsewhere and could not pass it up.

Spoiled I believe that. I miss that stuff out here. Have to drive forever to find any place to hike.

I have heard of Point Reyes, is that Mt. Tamilpais? Tahoe is next on the list, that is why I need a trailer.

Mt. Tam is a special place, first hike I took my wife. Great climb taking the trails. Just ruined by the parking lot and snack bar at the top. But you must do it on a clear day, great view.

Point Reyes is farther north, you can camp on the ocean. I believe the rock formations in the ocean are from the Goonies lol.

If you want a real challenge. Check out desolation wilderness for great trails closer to home and the sierra high trail for the ultimate in high altitude adventure

No idea SW but the pork shank is growing on me. Wish it didnt have a choil.

I think the DC finish looks the best on infi. For some reason I am just not a huge fan of satin.

The coating is great on the big blades but I hate it on small ones. Guess thats why I dont have any small yard stuff besides the mud puppy. The handle is just to long on it for me.

I think if they offered a DC 411 I would be all over it.

The Sierras are great, been in Kings Canyon a bunch and Sequoia national park. The High Sierra trail is on the list but backpacking is not on the menu right now. I will save that for when I am old and slow. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif" alt="" />
