Dont forget to factor in how fulfilling either path would be. Tough choice but no doubt you will choose the best path or maybe it will choose you.

You are right RG, the idea that you feel fulfilled from your career is very important. That is why I started to go to school for history education in the first place. I know a lot of history and that all goes to waste doing tree work... You need to be smart no doubt to do tree work well, but sometimes I feel like my intellect would be wasted doing tree work my whole life.....I don't know. It's my problem, and of all the problems to have its not so bad!! Gotta keep some perspective.

The crossroads are constant in life for sure. Not looking back is the hard part. People can say no regrets all they want but at some point in time it feels like you regret every decision in some way for some time. Just the nature of it I guess.

I dont second guess much but I have drifted off dreaming of how different things could be. But I have hit some pretty big crossroads a few times. For instance, six years ago I met my wife. I was less then one month from moving to Australia. That decision was made for better or worse lol. I dont regret it at all but its hard sometimes to not think how different things would have been if I would have made that choice different.
