If i start talking about the rampant idiocy i'm seeing from our left wing media talking about "decisive" victories from someone who won by a scant 2% of the popular vote, i think i'll go nuts. He scraped by on the skin of his teeth. There is no referendum. There is no mandate. He won because incumbents traditionally do when in the position he was in. In fact, it's rare for it to be as close as it was, which just tells you how close things are to being considered "bad" by most people.

personally i think too many people ignore the doom and gloom. our species tends to change only when forced to.

i will remain tentative in both good times and bad. while people want to shut out the bad, it is a natural part of life. but that doesn't mean we shouldn't strive to make things better.

i think a lot of the negativity we perceive lately is owed to frustration with a lack of progress. and that can be seen as a good thing, if enough people get fed up, things may change for the better.

The Republicans have to change their strategies though, it may be time for guys like Limbaugh and Mark Levine to go and people with a better presentation of conservative ideals to step up. Oh yeah. There is some really "out there" stuff on Coast to Coast. My hope is that liberty will once again become popular in the US. I like freedom. I have lived mostly free for many years. The expanded police state crafted by BOTH major parties is our biggest threat to freedom, not some overseas boogeyman.

You were lucky to get the SS-4. I wanted to buy one and waited and lost out. At the time I didn't understand the Scrapyard purchase model.

got mine as a user for a stupid good price. was all luck on that one...

mudders and blade that size make for a good combo. don't even touch my S5LE because between the muk and ss4 I'm usually covered. having a 411 would probably retire the ss4 since sr101 has always done fine by me.

Hey guys hows life? mine sucks and will for at least the next 4 years but most likely the new 8 to 10 at least. I just want to scream I hope they get what they deserve.
