Yuck. They can't do anything for a virus.

No body aches, had a slight fever yesterday, but that's gone too, just a lot of production and drainage today. I'm glad I gave myself a flu shot a couple of months ago.

It's not the best day outside, but I think we are going to head out to Mingo here in a bit. Patty hasn't been out of the house since Sunday.

luck, if it's the stuff that has been going around here, you are in for a long haul. Coughing, hacking sneezing and all the stuff associated with that. It lasts a LONG time. Some folks have had it for 8 weeks and they have had two rounds of antibiotics!

It looks pretty dreary here too. Will probably clear up this afernoon. Is any snow still lingering down south?

yeah we've still got some laying on the ground. Not all that much compared to what we had, but there's still a fair amount of cover.

There's some thought in the medical community that thinks antibiotics can prolong a virus. Some host response reaction that occurs.

We didn't even get a dusting up here.

Don't know about that luck, but I have heard and read reports that there are resistant strains popping up all the time of different viruses or diseases.

The one positive thing about resistant strains is they are becoming "super resistant" or have mutated in a way that that they are again susceptible to drugs they were resistant too before. It's a vicious cycle of resistant to susceptible. Enough of the nerd talk, you got me in my environment and I couldn't stop.

Back to knives. Any of the anniversary blades appeal to anyone? I'm particularly looking at the mean street, ratweiler, and probably taliwhacker.

I'm waiting for the prices to be posted before I make a decision but I do like the taliwhacker.
