Pennsylvania officials closed a gun-law loophole on Friday that allowed residents to get concealed-carry permits online from Florida -- sometimes after their applications were rejected at home. The Philadelphia police commissioner called Attorney General Kane's measure "a bold step" that will save lives by reducing the number of straw purchasers who buy guns for other people.

I remember as a kid the ponds and such would freeze over and the ice could be 6-8 inches thick! Heck now the thickest I have seen ice is MAYBE an inch, and that only lasted for a couple days.
