some companies will flag your sells as "counterfeit" and eBay just deletes them. got flagged once and it was deleted. i relisted and it sold. they just deleted it before I got paid. was probably a company rep that bid on it. then they locked my account for 7 days!!!

keep in mindit's nothing wrong with what or how I'm selling it other than this company doesnt want you to sell on eBay. so they pay a company to look for listing online and have them removed.

is that legal?

doesn't matter to eBay... kind of a "what are you going to do?" thing....

eBay is the most direct avenue but for what they tax you you might as well be a cow. no matter how much they feed and groom you there will be another. expect a blow to the head if you make them have to do any real work.

were these items marked "used" and still shot down?

haven't been paid yet for the other listing so It may be the same thing going on.

only reason I listed was to go pick up a mosin. guess I shouldve listed the cables instead. it'll be 7 days before i list anything now...

actually don't recall since it is new and unopened... probably listed as new.... but every similar listing was wiped off eBay the same time they pulled my listing.

eBay really really doesn't care. buy something and don't like it and eBay with you. you get a full refund and the selleris out shipping. there's some scum bags out there that know this so they buy stuff change their minds and say you listed it wrong. full refunds...

funny thing is the sellers are the ones paying all the fee's. seems the buyers call the shots.

cases pretty much go to whoever complains first...
