Well then location is pretty important, you want somewhere state law fits your ideas the most.
New Hampshire maybe? Land is probably expensive there though.

another idea would just for it to be a bug out location. Some folks could live there full time and others could stage supplies and stuff.

At some point we need to crunch some numbers on people per acre that could be supported and how many people are serious about this. I believe this would be great for me. How's the economy and job market in your area? There are jobs for people willing to work but most are manual labor.

I'm not sure we could standardize all weapons maybe three possible options you can chose from for rifle AK AR FAL and I'm not sure we can do that with side arms
