I'm actually glad that Jerry reissued this historic blade. I wasn't in the service on 9/11 but like many, would have "Went over" without a moment's hesitation if asked to do so.

BUT I am glad Jerry chose to NOT make this blade an exact duplicate of the original blade. I think this is fitting as the event it commemorates will forever remain a turning point in our Nations History, and yes even the entire World.

I do though wish that it came with it's own "Patriot Tag" with the original quote on it but as a last line something specifying it is part of the reissue.

Thank You Jerry (and Dan) for all the hundreds, perhaps thousands) of blades you have donated to our troops "Over There" willing to put their very lives on the line so we do not become slaves to their oppressive mindset.
