It's the one that almost makes me want a Regulator. I might be able to use that instead of a DSFTM or Boss Jack for the intended purpose--deer "finishing"--especially the nuked tip variety. All are out of reach at the moment though grin

I tell you what that boss jack is a sweet piece of steel also though it would be a hard choice for me.

I bought a kydex sheath from a fellow at the B/F exchange; it was for a Boss JackLE. I thought it would fit my prototype model, but it didn't. So, I dipped it in boiling water for a bit, dried it, and inserted my knife into the sheath...fits great now! grin

So Tom, since you own both, which is stabbier, the spear point Regulator or the Boss Jack? Which would more easily get up through thick hair and slip through ribs on deer-sized game?
