Which knife to choose!? My wife said I can choose anything on scrap yards website. I have the 1111 , 911 and I just don't like small knives. So this is a bit tricky or maybe I should just get another 1111 ! If you had to make this choice what would you choose?

Anton, you have two very nice "Choppers". You said you do not like small knives, but they can be VERY handy. I personally would choose a Mud Mutt/Safety Mutt or a 411 and KEEP IT ON MY SIDE ALL THE TIME! Specially if you are out in the bush. You just never know when a knife, even a "Small one" will come in handy.

Either the Mud Mutt or safety Mutt would work fine, I personally would choose the 411. It's just the "Right size" to me personally.

BUT ultimately the choice is yours, as you know your area and how you will use a knife and we can only speculate.

Mmmm..I've been thinking maybe a SM and a 411! That way I can see which one I would be like better. Why not?

That would be the best way if you can afford both. And you can always sell the one you don't like.

Or a 1111 and then just remove the coating! Hah! I'm confusing myself, I will take a few days to think about it.;)

Many of us get the "Gotta have it" syndrome When in reality we don't. Take a REALISTIC look at the way you use blades and you will be happier with your decision. ONCE you get your "CORE group" of blades you can start feeding your knife desires.

The best cure for "gotta have it"...is to "have it"

I love the 411. Makes a great belt carry when hiking, fishing or just taking the lady out for dinner.

Or wait a couple months until Blade and see if anything new comes out.

I'd go for the 411 or wait to see something new shows up.

I'm hoping for a Regulator variation at Blade 2014, if it doesn't happen then maybe something else will be available.
