I welcomed fall by brewing up a batch of Old English IPA. Mmmm Beer! Oh and happy fall. Just a few more weeks at the most and the heat and humidity will break.
Lots of crystal malt and Fuggles and Styrian Goldings with 2 row English Marris Otter malt? Maybe some Willamette? Good ole EDME ale yeast?
