Lots of crystal malt and Fuggles and Styrian Goldings with 2 row English Marris Otter malt? Maybe some Willamette? Good ole EDME ale yeast?
It was nothing fancy. It was a kit that I received as a gift. I got it along with a cherry wheat kit.
Next weekend, or the weekend there after I'm going to brew that wheat beer for Turkey Day. I may or may not go the cherry route I haven't decided. I know everybody says that fruit beers are best reserved for the summer months. However, I do think cherry wheat goes well with thanks giving. Then again I may brew up a batch of pumpking spiced ale for the holidays. Maybe I'll brew up both.
Soon it'll be time to work on creating my house beer. I got a new house I need a new house ale.
