Yeah it's about a 9 hour ride to our hunting spot...its on the northern part of Green Bay, about 40 minutes north of the Wisconsin border. Ahh well, its only once a year and it is a nice spot overlooking a huge swamp.
We spent part of our honeymoon in the porcupines. Great land in the summer, I'd hate to be there for the winter.
By the way I was perusing your picture album and your Deathmaster 2001 is a fine example. When I finally take the time, I will have to post pics of my Deathmaster 2007 I put together. Not quite as handy as yours...I was going for a target type, but in a 16 in. barrel. So it is a little bit handy.
I think I got that in 2005. It's an Armalite M15A4. I'm going to pick up a quad rail for it at some point. The EOtech is fast and is great for close to medium ranges.
My next AR will be a build and I'll either got for a 20 inch precision or I'm going to make a RECCE/Recon clone. I haven't decided which.
