It would really slow down production. At least that's my best guess. The factory edges are getting better overall, though, except for the Yard Keeper, which was probably rushed for Blade. I kidded the guy (Bob?) with the long hair when I bought my yard keepers at Blade about the edges. I aked him if they were done on concrete steps just before the show. But my new Urban Mutt came with a decent "utility" edge. The Yard Hook and S6s I got at Blade had decent edges, too. Last edited by Horn Dog; 10/27/07 02:37 PM.
