I find his test entertaining.......but to call them "valuable"....what value do they offer? Anyone can break a knife...that IS his goal. We all have cut with the knife and chopped with it....do you expect different results or do you just want to see him break it?
On the surface they appear to be nothing more than some nut destroying knifes. Actually they give you a real good idea of how much stress a knife can take.His approach is not scientific but non the less provides usfull info. As for doing domb things with knifes we have all been there and broke that.
