The S6 is the best all-around fixed blade knife I know of.

I’ve owned both, and I agree, I like the CT better.

I had a chance to buy one at a very good price (way below market value) and I passed for a RMD.
OK, the new S7 then. I hope. Since I've never used a camp tramp, I don't really know about it. I know the S6 carries light, chops, slices, has a nice fine point, is indestructable and has perfect balance. It does every thing I could ask of 6" knife.
