I found a suitable piece of dead Tupelo wood for the test. This is very hard, well-seasoned wood. After 50 chops, the M6 broke completely through the wood, but the S6 seemed to chop a little deeper. I had a hard time chopping with the Busse. For some reason, I could not control where the knife hit the wood with as much precision as I could with the other two. Maybe its just me.
