I have a Casio Triple Sensor watch, which has an altimeter/barometer, compass, and thermometer. When I want those functions, I take the watch with me (attached to a pack strap or belt loop... I never "wear" it). I'm not sure I've ever looked at it to find out the time. The rest of the time, I go without a watch.

I had a Casio Triple Sensor watch years ago, and Dell Williams Jewelers in Santa Cruz, California, ruined it while changing the battery, and refused to offer me any compensation. Several years later, a friend gave me his... still in the unopened box ...when he was moving.
