As the LE is full flat grind not saber, 1/4" stock and LE zero edge this thing should outperform the CG by quite a margin..
One of my all-time favorite yard knives is my old Ontario Survival Bowie with a 1/4" thick flat ground blade of 1095 and kraton handle. I had mentioned once before how awesome a SY version in SR77 and Res C would be. Now we get it with full satin finish to boot! This will be the ultimate Dog Father.
