The article I read about the AB said that because all they did was hand to hand with plenty of practice and motivation whereas the SF guys worked mostly with weapons with hand to hand being less important than being able to clear a room with out shooting yourself or your teammates. It was an article about knife fighting and it made the point that the AB kills more with knives than the SF.
They were not talking about the Peckerwoods but the hardcore members who follow the odinist religion.

The town where I live Prince Albert our major employers are the prisons we have 30 000 people and 7 jails including the federal pen with a SHU. We also have a huge local correctional ,youth facility and female provincal and federal. The woman prisoners are absoulutly horrible. They have 7 times the incedents of the males.
Our correctional has seperate sections for Dene(apache)and Chippewean indians.
I am glad your prisoners on remand(thats what they call the prisoners who have not had a trial yet here)are mello. Here the federal prisoners are considered easier to handle as they are much better adjusted while the remand guys are going off and freaking out. The jail will have 10 incedents like spitting,stealing and hitting where the federal prisonerswill have one guy dead and the rest of the inmates calmly going about there business like they never even noticed something happened.
