The "OT" is the "off topic" warning - if you see that - it means that there will be NO relevance to Scrapyard in the post!

Lucky for us forumites, we have quite the mix of knowledgeable people floating around here - which makes it a great place to get some off topic questions answered.

I have an OT guitar thread that has nothing to do w/ the Scrapyard, other than the fact that several people in the Scrapyard community are also guitarists.

While it hasn't been as common lately, this forum used to be all about off topic chat, and the people that make up the community. We'd post vacation pix, family pix, and other random off topic threads. This was during the great drought of 2007 where we had a (6-7-8 I can't remember) month stretch with NOTHING Scrapper related to talk about.

We'd requested an "off topic" forum, and there was talk about it, but it never came to fruition.
