The SFNO, Satin Jack Tac, and ASH-1 are all pretty similar blade lengths, between 6"-7". Blade shapes and thickness are somewhat different but I consider them mostly interchangeable as woods knives. The biggest noticeable difference for many folks will be the fact that each generation of handles has its own unique feel in the hand.

The CGASH-1 is a big handful of INFI for those looking for a "short" chopper. Get'em while you can. You know you need one in your PSK.

The main knife that I want is an SFNO. I just love the design. It's also not too thick and not too thin. The CGASH-1 have a strange straight/ fusion style handle that I really don't like. I'm sure they're good choppers, just not my style.

If I wanted a chopper I'd go for my FFFBM, it goes 2/3 of the way of whatever I'm chopping and then breaks it.
