Thanks, Vic. I'm really happy with the way it turned out. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> If it hadn't cleaned up well, I would have made arrangements to return it to Scrap Yard. In the condition I received it, my DMDC definitely needed some TLC.
i wonder why a knife you received from the Yard needed some work... thats not very good... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> i like to receive them new and in pristine shape... but then again, with the motto of the Yard and Dan, you cant expect these knives to be PERFECT as far as fit and finish goes.. (gotta keep reminding myself this) its just a big hunk of tough SR77 and if it gets dull, sharpen it and keepin whackin' because it sure as hell aint gonna break <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />
