Great entertainment though! I used to love watching the SCA guys beat on each other on the drillfield. They'd also spill over into other events like the celtic festivals.
It was more fun to be in than to watch. But then, I’ve always been more interested in the way things worked than the show they produced. Those were good days, and a good community.
