The small Busse basic and the newer small Scrap yard handles are a bit small for my hand, but they are still quite usable. For me the Holy Grail of those medium sized knives is the Ratmandu. I have the Seal Pup and Pup Elite. The plain edge elite is a great little knife if you're looking for something really light. The YKs and DMs are light and super tough. Another knife I really like in that 4" to 5" size is the Ritter Mk 3 in S30V.
