Yep, I was about to say, "a 'safety' lanyard should be on that axe."

That means a piece of string around the 2nd or 3rd rivet from the bottom.

If you don't know what I'm talking about here is a pic of a "safety" lanyard on my FBM, it's quite useless on this knife. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />
