Ouch! Yeah, that's pretty brutal, PK; so much for downloading movies, eh? LOL! Forums and E-mail are about the only thing you can rely on with that type of speed.
Are you far off the beaten path? Only reason I can figure you can't get it. There's a company here in Ontario that has discovered a way to provide high speed internet through an ordinary phone line and a modem on your end of the cable; do they have anything like that available down your way?
