Here's the skinny on the orange belts:
I got the belts from here .
Just do a site search for sanding belt or the item numbers below. I order directly from their site.

The 1"x30" belts I use are item #4168A61, but they aren't showing a 1"x42" size in the ceramic Al oxide belts (It might take a telephone call to ask as it just might not be listed on the site). The zirconia alumina belts are supposed to be good too, but I haven't used them. The zirconia alumina 1"x42" belts are items #4714A16, 4714A15, 4714A14, 4714A13, 4714A12, 4714A11.
