Sorry to hear about the damage to your water system; some people have no respect for other peoples' property. There are still good and decent people in the world; its just that there are not as many of them as there are these self-caring buggers that should never have been spawned in the first place.

I'm sure if you asked, a number of people here would be willing to share "creative thoughts" on how they might be punished!
