Seriously coldone, have you ever seen your lawn? Does one exist? How do you get anything through pipes (Water/sewer/whatever) without it freezing?
The house has a bleeder on the water line which runs a continual stream into the sewage line. It is only a trickle, but it keeps things from freezing up!
I do have a lawn! Whether there is grass down there is open for debate though. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />
