Great review HD....your ability to have the main "comparison" knives to hand really makes the review, as always, special. Looking at some of the edge profiles on your Ratweiler and Chopweiler I was initially thinking the SOD would be struggling to match those...the Camp Tramp and BRKT knives being convexed grinds I could'nt tell...but once I saw the reprofile job you did on the SOD I thought "fair enough"! It looks a great re-profile job!

I did'nt go for a SOD because I had spent a fair bit at Knob Creek getting two FSH's...plus a number of DF's...but if the SOD LE was up on the site when I first came here it would have been the first knife I bought to replace my Voight knife...it looks an ideal candidate...and "value" wise... absolutely
