Given that Jerry himself admitted that SR77 and INFI possess exactly the same degree of lateral strength, they should have performed roughly the same in noss's tests. Where INFI beats SR77 is in corrosion resistance and edge holding. Obviously, noss wasn't concerned about testing INFI's corrosion resistance. But he was completely blown away by INFI's edge-holding capability. Whether INFI's superior edge-holding is a "major" difference or a "minor" difference is up to each individual to decide for themselves.
