+1 on the BDLE. Easy to conceal, and I'm sure it is a wicked slasher. I think anything bigger would be difficult to hide, and probably not that comfortable to wear concealed. On the other hand if I were in a wooded/field environment, I would go with an SOD or larger, and wear it on my belt. Just my 2 cents.
