Even more confusing is that the photo does not show a zero grind. I can definitely see a secondary bevel there. Not that it matters much. It would last about 10 seconds before it hit the grinder, and I am sure you would do the same thing <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
I think it is more like an almost zero grind. I mean, who really wants to sand the whole flat of blade with a platen every time you sharpen it?
