Bad news and Good news.
I got ripped also, software that never showed.
It was only $30 so I figured lesson learned.
Then I saw this thread. Today.
I went to paypal and filed a claim.
Got my money back!!! TODAY!!!

great! i posted my little mishap hoping for someone to learn/benefit from it...mission accomplished!
i haven't heard back from ebay yet. no worries. i might go to a store today for the spyderco, costs more but makes me feel like a buyer!
