Uh, well, it came with a fairly sharp V grind edge. I carefully "blended" a convex edge to the convex grind, trying my best not to mess up the coating too much. I think it came out well. It sure cuts.

I did it on my new Kalamazoo grinder. This thing is smooooooth.
