KG--I understand your thoughts, but don't totally agree about the awareness thing, Oh well, not enough to argue about!

I am not looking to argue, but I did try to make sure it was clear I respect efforts to support Breast Cancer awareness. And therefore, I am not sure what there is to not agree with.

I am all for certain reasonable efforts to promote awareness.... I just don't consider pink knives and guns as "Reasonable" ways to promote Breast Cancer awareness. I honestly do NOT see how having "certain" items in PINK correlates to Breast Cancer Awareness. Do we really need to turn "Everything" pink to make sure Everyone is aware of Breast Cancer?
It seems to me the little pink ribbon should be sufficient. But, that's just me.

I guess I could be wrong, but to me, having a Pink knife does not make many people think about Breast Cancer (or be aware of it). It would seem to me that having a pink knife would make MOST people just flat out "Boggled" to why anyone would have a pink knife.

No disrespect intended in regards to Cancer awareness.

But, similarly, I still say let's not disrespect the "worthy" knives and guns either by making them pink.
