Machetes need to be tough. I think the SR77 would work as well. Thing is, you can buy a very good Tramontina machete for $6.00. Hard to beat that in performance for the price. Fanatics like me would buy a high end machete, but I don't know about most folks. But a golok with Res C handle would really rock.
