Hey HD....Thats the "CAV" unit...AirMoble. We were the Ranger unit that worked the "trail" from Udon into Laos/Cambodia 74/75. We did call in ARClight missions , did PSYOPS , Tag&Bag missions. We recovered down pilots ,recovered remains of U.S. personnel , POW rescue and worked with the Nung and Ravens. Some of our missions are still classified. I will be writing a book, if GOV'T gives me waivers on details. If not..we'll change the names to protect the "Innocent".

I served in the 56th Special Ops Wing up the road at Nakhon Phanom in 67 and 68. I am sure you are familiar with our operations and worked with some of our folks. We did a lot of "work" on Uncle Ho's trail. MLT 3 "Heavy Hook" SOG operated from our base.

Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.
