When I came to the Yard , I watched and listened to the topics , the Dogs and got a feel before I jumped in. I didn't introduce myself...I just merged with the pack. Although I had 30+ years on the general blade industry , I found a wealth of information with the Brothers of the Yard. I may stand out in my experiences , but I learn more from watching than speaking. Always submit to those with time and grade. The Yard IS a excellent group with more knowledge and experience in one place than years of studies on the knife and steel in any school or service.
