What kind of training ? In this economy I have my employees busy all the time <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif" alt="" />!! I make it so lucrative for them to work on commisions rather than salary or hourly- they are swamped every second <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />.
I train for a Credit Union here in Oregon, even in this slumping economy we are hiring. So today it's a New Hire, the rest of my staff is busy, busy, busy.
When I get some time away from New Hires I can do more internal Training.
